Taryn & Guy @ The Bridge
"Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass; it's about learning to dance in the rain" - Vivian Greene
Guy and Taryn got married on a beautiful October afternoon in a lovely garden setting at The Bridge in Muldersdrift. Their friends and family gathered from all over the globe to celebrate this couple's love for one another. Listening to the speeches, it was clear that these two were meant for one another.
As the ceremony drew to a close, large rain clouds gathered and during the reception, it started to rain, and the party had to be moved inside. But as they say, every cloud has a silver lining, and we got ours later that afternoon when the clouds parted for the most amazing golden sunset, every photographer's dream.
Guy and Taryn, I just wanted to say thank you for allowing me to photograph this moment in time for you. I had a blast and both Schalk and I felt so welcome at your wedding, even if it was the first time we met your family and friends! PS. thanks for going along with some of my 'not so average' photo ideas, I hope it was worth it, enjoy!
